Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, property preferences, budget range, and timing. You may also include your calculator assumptions. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, or other sensitive financial details.

How your inquiry is delivered

The calculator runs in your browser and does not submit your inputs. Downloading a worksheet saves it to your device.

When you submit the form, your inquiry is saved in this website’s database so Janella can review it in her private, sign-in-protected inbox. A confirmation and reference number appear only after the website confirms that your request was saved. The website also attempts to send Janella a generic new-inquiry notice through Resend. That notice contains only this website’s name and a link to the private inbox; it does not include your name, email address, phone number, preferences, message, or worksheet. Your inquiry remains saved even if the notice cannot be sent. The form does not send a confirmation email to you. If you contact Janella using an email link instead, your email provider handles that message under its own policies.

Purpose

Information you send is intended to help respond to your real-estate inquiry and discuss your property preferences. The website does not enroll you in automated marketing or text-message campaigns. Your consent applies to follow-up about this inquiry.

Website operation

This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage for form entries. The hosting platform and its database infrastructure process information needed to operate this website. Anti-spam checks use short-lived form tokens, request limits, and a daily derived network identifier; the application does not store your raw IP address with your inquiry. The hosting platform may separately process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the service. Janella signs in with ChatGPT to access the private inbox; buyers do not need to sign in to send an inquiry.

Your choices
